Digital Products & Donations Policy

No Returns or Refunds: All purchases of digital ranks, keys, and donations/tips are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable. When completing your checkout, you explicitly agree to the immediate delivery of the digital goods, which waives the right to a standard 14-day cooling-off or withdrawal period.

Delivery Issues: If your purchased rank or keys did not appear on your account in-game, don't worry! Please reach out to us via our contact form. To ensure a speedy resolution, make sure to include your Minecraft nickname, order number, and a screenshot or proof of payment. We will investigate and manually resolve the issue as fast as possible.
